Constitutional Reforms in your Region? Centuries ago?

This is an example of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth (1569 - 1795) at its end.

Compare it with the developments in your region, in this period, later or in your/this time.

The Zamoyski Code ( A collection of court laws requested by constitution of 1776 designed by H.E. Andrzej Zamoyski (1717 – 1792)).

This code would have strengthened royal power, but made all officials answerable to the Parliament, placed the clergy and their finances under state supervision, gave more privileges to the townsfolk, reduced serfdom, and deprived landless aristocracy (szlachta) of many of their legal immunities.

Also the May 3 Constitution 1791 introduced, at the the end of the Commonwealth, more political equality between townspeople and nobility (szlachta) and placed the peasants under the protection of the government, thus mitigating the worst abuses of serfdom, at that time.
